We are excited to share that the building footings, storm drainage, and underground utilities are underway. In addition, we successfully passed a surprise DNR inspection for the stormwater drainage.
4-Week Look-ahead:
- Completion of the east parking lots
- Finishing the building foundations
- Installation of temporary power to the trailer and building pad
- Underground building electrical and plumbing work
- Curb & asphalt installation in the parking lots is expected within the next 4-6 weeks
- Seeding around the public road, planning for mid-September when the weather cools
- The remaining sidewalk work is also anticipated to be finished in mid-September
We are pleased to report that we remain scheduled for completion in April 2026.
