As a Rural Health Clinic and a Safety-Net Clinic, we are dedicated to improving access to primary health care for the residents of our rural communities, including individuals with limited English proficiency.
Our physicians, physician assistant, and a family nurse practitioners provide comprehensive primary care services, including primary care and pediatric care, preventative care, evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, obstetrics and women’s health, weight management, wellness checks, on-site lab services, immunizations, school physicals, DOT physicals, and drug screenings.
